How do I find and follow other users?
Following other users is the best way to curate your AetherLink experience. When you follow someone, their posts will appear in your "Following Only" feed, creating a personalized timeline of content from the people and creators you care about most.
There are two primary ways to find and follow users on AetherLink.
Method 1: Following from a Post
This method is perfect for when you discover an interesting user while browsing the "All Posts" global feed.

Find a Post: When you see a post you like, look at the user's name and username (
@handle) at the top of the post.Go to Their Profile: Click on either their display name or their username. This will take you directly to their profile page.
Click Follow: On their profile page, you will see a blue
Followbutton. Click it to follow them. The button will then change to "Unfollow" to indicate that you have successfully followed them.

Method 2: Following via Search

If you already know the name or username of the person you want to follow, the search bar is the most direct method.
Use the Search Bar: Click on the search bar located at the top of the page, which says "Search users or #hashtags".
Enter a Name: Type the display name or username of the person you are looking for. As you type, a list of matching users will appear below the search bar.
Select the User: Find the correct user in the search results and click on their name to navigate to their profile page.
Click Follow: Just like the first method, click the blue Follow button on their profile page.

Once you've followed a user, their new posts will start appearing in your "Following Only" feed, giving you a clean, chronological timeline of the content you choose to see.
