How do I reset my password?

Forgot your password? No problem. You can easily reset it and regain access to your account by following the steps below.

Please note: Currently, the only way to change your password is by using the "Forgot your password?" flow from the login page. There is not an option to change your password from within your account settings at this time.

Step 1: Go to the login page

  1. Navigate to the AetherLink Sign In page.

  2. Next to the password field, click the "Forgot password?" link.

  3. This will take you to the "Reset your password" page.

Step 2: Request Reset Instructions

  1. On the "Reset your password" page, enter the email address that is associated with your AetherLink account into the Email field.

  2. Click the "Send Reset Instructions" button.

Step 3: Follow the Instructions In Your Email

  1. Check the inbox of the email address you just provided. You should receive an email from AetherLink shortly.

  2. Open the email and click the password reset link inside. This link will take you to a secure page where you can create a new password.

Can't find the email? If you don't see the email within a few minutes, please be sure to check your spam or junk folder. Make sure you entered the correct email address associated with your account.

Step 4: Create Your New Password

On the page you were directed to from the email, enter and confirm your new, secure password. Once you save it, your password will be updated. You can now return to the login page and sign in with your new credentials.

If you don't need to reset your password, you can click the "Register" link on the login page to create a new account or simply fill in your details to sign in.
